My roommate and I are looking for a housemate for our new 3 bedroom apartment in Nacka. We’re moving in on December 2. Specifics about the room, rent, location etc further down. We are Aishwarya and Tamara. We´re looking for a third roommate who will compliment us. We’re looking for someone who isn´t just looking for a room to rent, but for someone who wants to live together with other people and be social with us, maybe have a game night, dinner party or go out for non-apartment adventures. We like to keep the space clean, but make sure we all feel free and relaxed at home. Communication is key. About Aish: Aish is a biologist working at a biotech company. When she’s not working, she’s crafting, painting or hanging out with her friends in the city. She values good communication and good vibes. Tamara: Tamara is currently studying to become a Swedish Sign Language interpreter. She is also an improv theatre teacher and is regularly playing shows herself. She loves to draw, sing, dance, play board games or go camping. You’re welcome to join in! About the apartment: Move in date: December 2 Address: Alphyddevägen Apartment size: 65m2 Bedroom size: 11,38 m2 Rent: 6200 (excl. electricity and heating) The apartment will be furnished except for the bedroom. If someone prefers a smaller bedroom over the bigger one, we can discuss it, but we're prinsrily looking for someone for the bigger room. Small room size: 8,2m2 Rent: 5200 (excl. electricity and heating) Pictures: We added pictures of the layout and old pictures of our previous (bigger) place as well as some showroom pictures of the new place, so you can maybe get a bit of an idea of what the new place could look like. We´re looking for someone with similar ideas about co-living, so we all feel happy and comfortable at home and with each other.
