Renoverad 3:a i Bergsjön med möbler

Hey! Please read the whole announcement I will be renting out my apartment on (andrahand contract for 1 year). The apartment is 3 rooms of 84 sqm in Bergsjön (in front of the buss stops). The apartment is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen as all the apartment renovated. The rent is SEK 10800, there is a parking garage in front of the building, the rent starts in the end of June or first of July. The housing company will accept only a person with a job contract that can cover the rent amount so the monthly income should be around 33 thousand before tax, if we make an agreement and sign papers it’s gonna take 6-8 weeks processing time. OBS: the person who takes the apartment have to buy all the furniture because I’m travelling. Have a good time!
