**Luxury Room in the center of Lund** I am renting out a large room in my 3.5 room apartment in the center of Lund near Martenstorget. Your room is 20 square meters, plus large built-in wardrobes, and has a large window facing southeast. You will share the kitchen, the bathroom and the spacious living area with just **one person** (male, young professional). I.e. you are basically renting 40 square meters.
