Hi All, A spacious room in our house is available for renting from January 2025. We are in a nice and peaceful area, Bollstanäs, 19460 in Uppland Väsby. Public transportation: about 3-5 mins to a bus stop with 5-6 frequent buses, a direct bus to Kista (KTH, Ericsson, etc) and 50+ mins to T-Centralen by a bus and a train. Our two-floor house is with a bathroom on each floor and a common laundry room in ground floor. The room is fully furnished, about 16 m2 with a nice view, two big windows, and a large whiteboard (see pictures). The setting is particularly suitable for students, researchers, workers, especially for those who like working from home sometime. You have access to common facilities, i.e., living room, washing room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, garden, and parking area. The rent is 5500sek/month and can be negotiable a bit for students. One month deposit and two-month notice period. The room is available from around 15th January (or the same week), but the move-in date can be flexible. Everything is included in the rent e.g., TV, electricity, Internet, water, air condition, parking. Thank you.
