Hey! I'm renting out my apartment in Västra Hamnen för 3 months starting 8th of april - 8th of july (flexible dates)! Due to travelling abroad with my partner for 3 months, I am renting out my apartment in Västra Hamnen fully furnished during the summer, and winter. Where?: Right next to Turning Torso in malmö Size: 37 sq m, two-story apartment but feels larger than that. Rent: 6000 SEK per month, not rent-free during the summer. Deposit: half a month's rent (3000 SEK), paid when signing the contract and refunded upon approved move-out. Maximum number of residents: 2 + 1 child Move-in: keys can be handed over between April 2nd-8th, 2025, or by agreement. To: between July 5th-8th, or by agreement. Extension: Possibility to rent again mid-October-mid-January. Animals?: Well-behaved and calm animals are welcome. The apartment is cat-proofed on the balcony and shelves and cat trees are available in the apartment. Dogs are also OK if well-behaved, clean and the apartment does not smell bad when you move out. IMPORTANT: Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the balcony! Furnished? YES! The apartment will be fully equipped with the following and more: * WI-FI * Dining table + chairs * Sofa, TV stand, small coffee table * TV, Chromecast * Bed 120cm with mattress, bedside table, pillows, 6kg weighted blanket and regular blanket * Cabinets and shelves (for clothes and things) * Kitchenware, Soda Stream, AirFryer, Microwave * Extra freezer box, 198 liters. * Cat trees and shelves * Board games, decor, candles * Reusable grill with charcoal * Malmö by bike included in the rent Of course there is also a shower, toilet, kitchen with oven etc. IMPORTANT: If furniture or inventory are damaged, destroyed, lost or subjected to wear and tear beyond normal use, the tenant must reimburse the cost of repair or replacement according to the current market value. Balcony?: YES! balcony with sun in the afternoon/evening, with a comfortable outdoor sofa and planter table. The balcony is also cat-proofed with a net. Storage room?: NO, unfortunately not. The storage room in the apartment will be locked and closed off during the entire rental period. Student?: You do not have to be a student to live here. Washing machine?: not in the apartment, but there is a washer + dryer on the same floor and one floor below Why live in Västra Hamnen during the summer? There are many reasons to live here! * 200 meters to the sea and all swimming areas, 15 min walk to Ribersborgsstranden * Lidl and Ica Maxi in the area * Many restaurants and cafes right next door * Good bus connections with various bus lines that run very frequently and all night (bus 8, 5 and 3 are the closest) * 9 minutes by bike to Malmö Central Station, 13 minutes by bike to the triangle * Evening sun on the balcony * nice neighbors! The apartment will be cleaned and emptied of some things but the majority will remain as it is now. Contracts will be signed from all parties, including the landlord (Rikshem).
