Hello! I am renting out my extra room in my apartment in Vallentuna starting in february. The location is great – close to the town square, 5 minutes to the supermarket, gym, and train station. It takes about 25 minutes to reach Stockholm University (SU). I am preferably looking for someone who studies at SU and is comfortable sharing an apartment. The rent is 4500 SEK/month, which includes internet, electricity, heating, and cleaning (I won’t tidy up your room, but I like to keep the rest of the apartment clean). The room is quite bare at the moment, but you’re welcome to bring more furniture if you like. There are also two storage units under the bed for clothes. Swedish and English are both fine for communication!
