Cozy Room in Malmö – Central, All-Inclusive

Hi everyone, I‘m looking for a new roommate for this beautiful apartment in Malmö from February until the end of June (end date is kind of flexible). It is fully furnished, gets a lot of light due to the windows and is super cozy overall. Since living in this apartment means living quite close together, I‘m looking for a clean, tidy and responsible person. I choose not to eat meat, therefore I‘d prefer someone to move in who doesn’t either or not that often (just because of cooking smells). Also, you need to be able to pay rent on time. About myself: I‘m 24 y/o, from Germany and finishing my Master‘s in Public Health at Lund University this summer. Lately, I‘ve started running on a regular basis, I always love to bake and cook and also would be super down to organize things together but also really value some me-time. 📍Location: Norra Sofielund, super close to Möllan and only a short bike-ride to Triangeln)! 💸 Rent: 5500 SEK (all incl) 💡courtyard to park your bike, shared laundry facilities
