Bright Room in Social Shared Apartment

Hej! Hi! We are looking for a new roomie in our cozy home! Your future room comes with a 160 bed, big wardrobe and couch. Old skirting with super nice parkett flooring; high ceiling, and thanks to 3 windows it is very bright. stuff that are not included in the room compared to the pictures are: desk & standing shelf, office chair, green cabinet, mirror, coffee tables, bedside table. The rent is 5540kr + electricity that we split between the four of us. And the room will be available from 2nd week of March. Home has 2 bathrooms, we share the kitchen and the comfy living room We also have an extra small bedroom that we keep for guest/storage that we share between us. The apartment is located in Caroli/Rörsjöstaden, right next to the kanal and 10 min walk to Central Station. We like to be social and usually hang out in the kitchen, but enjoy also alone time and be independent. Non smokers and we always have a spot in the kitchen with goodies and chocolates We love furry friends/animals and have a cat (Chispa) We are excited to know about you!
