Rooms for rent! Asap Hi! I am looking for 2 roommates to come in at the end of this month July / start of August to share with me this lovely apartment in the centre of Malmö, on the corner of Folkets Park. There are 3 bedrooms total and I will be renting 2 of them. For the biggest room I ask 5500 kr + utilities (Electricity and WiFi) For one of the smaller rooms I ask 4600 + utilities 2 Bathrooms, one of which has a washer and dryer (Adds to utilities costs) Laundry room in the basement and small storage room. 5/20 min by bike to Malmö Central. Livs right around the corner. Coop on either end of the street. Parking available on request. City bike service station 5 min away (in front of Coop) I’m looking for respectful, friendly people that know how to keep a shared space clean. Pets are allowed. Students or Pendlar preferred. Short or long term stay. Rent is paid at the start of the month. Moving notice is a month prior. Queer friendly ofc. A little about me: I am an Italian urban design student who has lived in Sweden around 12 years. I’m quiet and friendly, hoping to keep this place so I can continue my studies while I work in service.
