* Corridor room at Sparta * Hi! I'm 24 years old, studying Engineering physics. I will be writing my Master's thesis outside Lund this spring, so I am looking to sublet my room in a corridor at Sparta. The room is 19 sqm, including bathroom with shower. The corridor has 12 other students, a shared kitchen and a living room. I have lived here for several years and have enjoyed it. The shared kitchen is well equipped. Sparta is also close LTH for engineers or Crafoords for economics. I'm subletting the room furnished with a bed, large desk and a nightstand. Rent: 5454 SEK per month, for Feb, Mar, Apr, May. Move in: Around 1st of February. This can be earlier as I will leave around 20th of Jan. Latest move out: Around middle of June.
