Room for rent Girls Only. renting out one private room in my apartment with a bed and necessary amenities. My apartment is recently renovated with a balcony. The interior is very clean and designed with great care. It is also comfortable and cozy. The apartment is situated near Nymilsgatan where you can take trams 1,7,8. to Chalmers University or GU in 15 minutes, and 5 minutes to Frolunda Torg where you can go shopping and do groceries. Besides that, there is also a Lidl nearby, about 5 mins by walk. I am looking for a decent, friendly, non-smoking, pet-free and clean girl to share my apartment with. The rent is 6000 kr per month, plus deposit. The rent includes everything. two-month notice from both sides. Available from Jan. 2025.
