Two rooms in a quiet and calm korridor/flat with a total of 4 rooms available from the beginning of april and beginning of july. Room one is approx 14m2, 3800kr rent per month that includes all, even parking if needed. Room two is approx 24m2, 4500kr rent per month including all of the above. It is located in the old village Stora Råby, 3km from Mårtenstorget, approx 10 minutes by bike to Lund center. Easy access by bus 5 to the new area Råbylund. The korridor is on an old farm that has a ceramic studio and currently expanding with more crafts. It is in the country side so perfekt for people wanting to be close to Lund but have a quiet place to live. The bathroom and kitchen is shared with the 3 other girl that live here. No pets nor smokers! Girls only due to shared facitilies. One month deposit has to be payed when signing the contract.
