(internet, cable TV connection, electricity, and hot water) - Perfect for single or couple with/without children (I provide king size bed) - Good for those who study in Malmö or Lund as I myself studying at Lund University and commute there every day Requirements: you must be **a** **student** to be able to rent this place.
