Hello, I am a PhD student at Umeå University. As I will be away on a research visit from March 27 to June 15, 2025. I am looking for someone to rent my apartment during this period. The apartment is 72 sqm, located in Ålidhem Centrum. It has four rooms: bedroom, kitchen, living room, and an office (with a big screen for your easier study). It is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, internet, and other amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, with supermarkets just 1 minute away, bus stop 2 minutes away, and the city center 10 minutes by bus. 7 minutes by bike or a 15-20 mins walk to the university and IKSU. The area is safe and quiet. The rent is 7,700 SEK per month, including everything. If you are willing to take care of my beloved cat (below) while I am away, the monthly rent will be discounted to 6,000 SEK (optional). You are welcome to use my bike during your stay.
