# Hi! We’re looking for a new flatmate This is a collective for 5 people in Södra Sofielund. Rent is 5500 SEK including all utilities. We have a large kitchen, two bathrooms, a common area and a balcony. We have the 2nd and 3rd floor of the house with our own entrance. The available room is furnished, and it is on the upper floor hence the tilted ceiling. We share the backyard with a community space that has the first floor and everyone who lives in the house, is excepted to volunteer in a small scale once a month. We can tell more about this if you’re interested. We’re a mix of 23-30y international students and working professionals. Little bit about us: Selma and I are away for the autumn semester, and there will be two sublets.
