Room available in a 2 person kollektiv from 1/5 located in Dammfri, Malmö. 12 minute cycle to Malmö C, 5 minute cycle to the beach. Bus 3 directly outside. Rent is 4770kr plus bills (internet,electricity,heating) I’m soon to be moving out of my room in a great apartment. The room is large, would comfortably fit a double bed with plenty of space to spare. It is currently partially furnished with a desk, single bed and drawers. The apartment is a 3 room plus kitchen /bathroom, approximately 72sqm. The Livingroom gets fantastic afternoon sun with a covered balcony attached. Plenty of plants around that add a nice energy to the house. He’s an awesome housemate. Authentic, relaxed, social, into music, design, climbing, outdoor activities. Looking for someone with similar interests , and lives a vegan/ vegetarian lifestyle.
