Hej! (English below) Jag hyr ut ett rum i en 4a på Lappkärsberget, 5 minuters promenad från Stockholms universitet. Info om lägenheter: - Fyra på Lappkärsberget, 75 kvadrat - Allmänna ytor är möblerade, sovrum delvis möblerat (säng mm.). - Hyra 3900 kr/månad inklusive wifi, el, vatten. En månadshyra deposition. - Tvättstuga och förråd finns på bottenvåningen av huset. - Vi delar på alla gemensamma ytor (kök, vardagsrum, badrum, balkong, garderob) och har varsitt sovrum. - Buss utanför dörren som går till universitetet och Odenplan - Tillträde omgående, uthyres tillsvidare Just nu är vi två i lägenheten och söker en tredje. Bostaden är totalt 75 kvm. I lägenheten finns det 3 sovrum, vardagsrum, kök, badrum och balkong. Jag vill gärna att du är djur- och rökfri. Hello! We are currently 2 people living the the apartment and we're looking for a third. I am studying to become a teacher, like excercise and hanging out with friends, Wilda as also a student at the university. I require that you are smoke free and neat. No pets allowed.
