Moving away for work and renting out my 29sqm studio apartment in Gothenburg. Location: Nymilsgatan tram stop (trams #1,7,8) Amenities: washing machine with a dryer, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, balcony Floor: 5 Price: 10,000/mo (all utilities included) Desired move-in date: February 15th Fully furnished. Will need to sign a contract with our building's managing company, stable income required. One-month deposit. The apartment is a 2-min walk to the tram stop, 10min to Slottskogen, 15min to Järntorget, 25min to Brunnsparken. Also, 5min by tram to the Frölunda torg mall (including grocery stores). This is a new construction, the building was released in September 2022. I've lived there for 3 years, a pet-free smoke-free home.
