Hi, I have a room available for rent in a two-bedroom apartment starting from December 1st. The apartment is located in the calm and pleasant area of Eriksberg, Uppsala, close to a grocery store, pharmacy, bus stop, and the university. It takes about 10–15 minutes by bike to reach the city centre or campus. The apartment is shared with one tidy and considerate tenant. The room is ideal for a student looking for comfortable and convenient accommodation. The rent is 6000 SEK per month and includes: • Internet (Wi-Fi) • Water (hot and cold) • Heating • Electricity • Home insurance A one-month deposit is required. The apartment is non-smoking and does not allow pets. Common areas include the kitchen and bathroom. The room is available from December 1st and can be rented long-term or as agreed.
