The room is part of a 6-room townhouse with one tenant in each room. The landlord is not living in the house, i.e. all residents of the house are tenants renting their rooms on equal conditions. The room is completely furnished and with a dedicated workspace desk, also bedsheets, linens and towels are included. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry machine and drier. The surroundings are beautiful and calm, with extensive biking roads, parks and areas for strolling around. Bus stops for the high-frequent line #3 and also for #6 are within 200 meters from the house, allowing for a great reach of the city center as well as the university area. The room is available from today, and on an indefinite basis. The room cannot be shared by two people. In the rent is included internet, water, heat, electricity etc – in short no additional costs. The common areas are cleaned regularly by the landlord, also without additional cost. Rent payment is made in advance before each month. One month of rent will be a deposit. Notice of termination is 2 months. Note! You will not be asked to pay anything before you are arrived and installed in the room.
