Hello, a lovely fully furnished 4-room apartment, 98qm on Svalebogatan 3, in Majorna(close to Slottsskogen) available for 2 months, around 18 January to 18 March. Includes a large backyard and patio, that is easily another 30 qm for your personal use. Inlcudes one master bedroom, one kids' bedroom (two beds), one office/bedroom, plus a large living room and kitchen. The patio has a bbq and more. Parks, trails in woods, and much more, within 3 minutes walking. The monthly rent is 20 000 SEK,which includes water, heating, electricity and garbage collection and internet. Deposit fee is 1 months’ rent. We recently renovated everything--new kitchen, new furniture, new applicanes, and more. I'm attaching the pictures from beforehand, because they're here on my computer. If you're interested, I can get the new pictures, or you can come by and take a look anytime. Please note, the pictures show a bathtub, but that's been replaced with a new standing shower.
