Last but not least there is a cinema and a woodworking studio in the basement accessible for everyone in the house. Could be partly furnished depending on your wishes. Suitable for 1-2 persons. Good communications to Triangeln, Malmö C and Värnhem. Preferably renting it out one year at a time with good possibilities to be prolonged. Tv, WiFi, water and heat included.
