# **Rum ledigt i mysigt villakollektiv!** *English version below / Engelsk version nedan* **Hej!** Efter ett tag i kollektivet har det blivit dags för mig att flytta vidare. Nu söker vi därför en ny kollektivmedlem då mitt rum blir ledigt. **Om rummet:** Rummet är ca 11 kvm stort och hyran ligger (efter höjning vid årsskiftet) på ca 5150 kr/månad. I hyran ingår el, bredband och värme. Inflytt kan ske i början av januari, eventuellt tidigare eller senare – datum kan diskuteras. Rummet hyrs ut möblerat med säng, skrivbord och garderob, eller omöblerat om du föredrar det. En deposition på en månadshyra tillkommer. **Om boendet:** Vi bor i en stor villa på Hisingen. Kollektivet har 9 medlemmar och vi delar på gemensamma ytor som kök, vardagsrum, 2 badrum och en separat toalett, samt trädgård och balkong. Läget är nära busshållplatsen Aröds äng och det tar ca 10 minuter med buss till Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen. Därifrån är det bara några minuter vidare till Göteborgs centrum. **Om oss:** Vi är 9 personer som bor här, mellan 22 och 35 år. Vi studerar och jobbar. Vi gillar att umgås och ibland laga mat tillsammans, spela spel och titta på film, men vi respekterar också varandras behov av egentid. **Vi söker dig som:** * Vill bo och leva tillsammans med andra * Är mellan 20 och 40 år * Tycker om ordning och reda samt en blandning av gemenskap och egentid Vi har ett städschema och regelbundna kollektivmöten, vilket är viktigt för oss för att hålla rutiner och ha det ordningsamt. Videocall och digital visning är också möjligt om du inte kan komma fysiskt! Vi bokar sedan in en träff och visning. ------------------------------------- # **Room available in cozy house collective!** **Hi!** After some time in the collective, it's time for me to move to another place. We are therefore looking for a new collective member as my room is becoming available. **About the room:** The room is approximately 11 sqm and the rent is (after an increase at the new year) approximately 5150 kr/month. Electricity, internet, and heating are included in the rent. Move-in can happen in early January, possibly earlier or later – the date can be discussed. The room is rented furnished with a bed, desk, and wardrobe, or unfurnished if you prefer. A deposit of one month's rent is required. **About the accommodation:** We live in a large villa on Hisingen. The collective has 9 members and we share common areas including kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet, as well as a garden and balcony. The location is close to the bus stop Aröds äng and it takes about 10 minutes by bus to Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen. From there it's just a few minutes further to Gothenburg city center. **About us:** We are 9 people living here, between 22 and 35 years old. We study and work. We enjoy socializing and sometimes cooking together, playing games and watching movies, but we also respect each other's need for alone time. **We are looking for someone who:** * Wants to live together with others * Is between 20 and 40 years old * Appreciates tidiness and order as well as a mix of community and alone time We have a cleaning schedule and regular collective meetings, which is important for us to maintain routines and keep things orderly. Video call and digital viewing are also possible if you can't visit in person! We'll then schedule a meeting and viewing.
