Hello! I just got a first hand contract from Stena Fastigheter for a 2 bedroom apartment in Malmö near Möllan (Bergsgatan), and, hence, I am looking for a flatmate. I am renting the room unfurnished. The apartment is currently under renovation so unfortunately I only have the plan of the apartment available. I will get the keys of the apartment on the 15th of March, so I am looking for someone that would move in from the 1st of April (so I have the time to furnish the apartment before then). The rent is 5800SEK (excluding utilities) A bit about me: I am 28 years old from Spain and I have been living in Sweden since 2018. I am currently doing a PhD in economics at Lund University and I just got back from an exchange semester in the US. After living in Lund for 6 years, I thought it was the right time to see how it is to live in Malmö! I am looking for someone tidy, somewhat social, and responsible person that is of a similar age as me.
