Looking for a flatmate (August to mid January) I am going on exchange for one semester and looking for someone to sublet my shared appartment to. We have a homely appartment in a quiet area of Lund. We have lived here for two years and hade it into an very nice place with everything one needs as a student. Some facts about the flat: - 8 m² private room, fully furnished - 50 m² total living space - shared bathroom - small, but well equipped kitchen - washing + drying included (shared with landlords) - wifi, electricity and heating included - 6350 SEK/Month - location: Kvarnkroken 15, in the north of Lund, close to cheapest supermarket, walking distance to tennis and football courts, a gym, 8 minutes of biking to university - rules: No smoking No pets Why choose this apartment: - standing desk (and two screens if you want) - nice garden with big grill - we have an e-piano and vinyl player - we have an espresso machine (named Cathy) - big nerdy whiteboard Why we choose you (bonus points): - you have an interesting life - or interesting thoughts and worldviews - want to learn languages together - like discussions - play music - are vegetarian (definitely not requirements, but opportunities to get to know you better)
