Apartment for rent at Lilljansberget – July through December | Rotgränd 5, Umeå I’m going on exchange to Switzerland this autumn and looking for a responsible tenant for six months. Lilljansberget is one of Umeå’s best student locations. The university and SLU are a few minutes on foot, IKSU Sport is right around the corner, and Lake Nydala with its running trails and swimming spot is within walking distance. The area also has a student café with a coffee machine and a good study environment. Bus lines 72 and 2 stop at Glaciärgatan just outside the area, with a direct connection to campus, the central hub at Vasaplan and the two largest shopping centers Ersboda and Söderslätt. Electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, and washing machine included. The apartment can be left fully furnished if preferred. Period: July to December. Flexible on exact dates, minimum 6 months. Rent: 6,182 SEK/month Deposit: 5000 SEK, fully refundable at end of tenancy.
