Hi everyone! I’ll be moving abroad for two years and am looking for someone to take care of my cozy flat in Kirseberg, just a short walk from Kirseberg Torg, from August 2026 to September 2028. The apartment is 59 sqm and located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms (one with a 180 cm bed and one with a 90 cm bed), a combined living room and kitchen, a built-in wardrobe in the larger bedroom, plus extra storage in both the hallway and basement. I’m looking for a maximum of two people who would like to stay long-term and treat the place like their own home. Due to HSB regulations, the contract will be renewed every 6 months—but the intention is for a full 2-year stay. Rent is 10 500 SEK/month and includes furniture, electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi.
