I’m renting my Unfurnished apartment 49 sqm (2 room) from **2nd of February 2025 access, **for long period of time **Please Note:** **It is for long term contract ** The location of the apartment is on Spånga near Kista. 10 minute walk to the bus station and It took 10 minute to reach T-bana every 7-minute train goes to T-central (Stockholm city). 5-minute walking distance to supermarket, very nice walk and running track. Rent is 13 003/month, possible negotiation. The rent will not include any furniture, it has washing and dryer machine in the bathroom, dishmachine in the kitchen. Other **utilites are included in monthly payment **( electricity GodEl, Ellevio, monthly insurance..) Bredband,TV/Internet is up to tenants choice, Internet contract with BRF association.
