Room for rent 5.800SEK/month. Fully furnished room with own bathroom, floor heated, own fridge & micro, own entrance, 18 m2 in a house close to the nature at a safe residential area. You have access to the laundry room, living room, balcony, orchard and conservatory (glass room with floor heating and sliding doors), fruit garden as well as access to a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own food. It takes 8-10 min. by public bus to the city center (Brunnsparken or railroad station) and 3-4 minutes by car on non rush hours. Six buses run the route from the city center, buses no 18,19,40,45,52 and 143 which means often NO waiting times . The rent is 5.800kr/month including heating, water, electricity and 24h broadband. The tenant must be an absolutely non-smoking person. Ps: Only FEMALE tenants are accepted (can't mix genders due to bad experience). To avoid UNNECESSARY CORRESPONDENCE, please state name, gender, age, where are you from, when you intend to move in and how long you intend to stay and how you will finance the rent. No deposit will be requested until you have inspected the place, approved the lease and moved in. The deposit corresponds to one month's rent. FYI: I rented out rooms to happy and satisfied students for 18 years. Ps: I do have another two smaller rooms for 5.200SEK/each.
