Flatmate Wanted in Halmstad As my current flatmate is moving to Gothenburg, I'm looking for someone to share my apartment (possibly by August). Location: Blåsbackegatan 7 min by bike to Högskolan i Halmstad 5 min by bike to the city center 5 min walk to the nearest bus stop The apartment is located in a building with only four apartments, which makes it feel very private and peaceful. It is on the ground floor and has a balcony with stairs leading directly to a huge and lovely garden. About the apartment: • Approx. 70 sqm (2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, toilet, balcony) • Fully furnished • Dishwasher • Laundry room in the basement • Friendly and respectful neighbors • Lovely landlords who are easy to communicate with Rent: 4,915 SEK/month * electricity, internet, and insurance (approximately 500 SEK/month in total) A little about me: I work as a teacher and researcher at Högskolan i Halmstad and travel quite often for work. Because of that, I'm looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, clean, easygoing, and preferably a non-smoker.
