Hey! There is one room available in a collective just South of Sankt Hans backar. There are six of us living here- mostly graduate students and one recently graduated who is working in Lund. The room available is on the first floor, with four rooms on the second (kitchen) floor and one room in the attic. The move-in date is for February 1. The rent is 4,000kr per month, including WiFi, water, and heating. There is a very quick connection to the #3 bus (1min walk), and about 7 min biking to Lund C. If you’re missing a bit a cheerful and warm environment at home, this is the place for you! Hej! Det finns ett rum ledigt i ett kollektiv strax söder om Sankt Hans backar. Vi bor sex här, mestadels doktorander och en nyutexaminerad som arbetar i Lund. Det tillgängliga rummet ligger på första våningen, med fyra rum på andra (köks)våningen och ett rum på vinden. Inflyttningsdatum är den 7 februari. Hyran är 4 000kr per månad inklusive wifi, vatten och värme. Det finns en mycket snabb anslutning till buss nr 3 (1 min promenad), och ca 7 min cykling till Lund C. Saknar du en lite trevlig och varm miljö hemma så är det här platsen för dig!
