Looking for flat mate – Room available from March in Hägersten 🏡 THE FLAT The house consists of two flats, a basement and a garden. We are living on the upper floor and the flat has everything you can hope for: a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer), a laundry room, two bathrooms, a big living room and a balcony! 🛏 THE ROOM The room available is 13m2 and includes basic furniture such as a bed and a wardrobe (this is the biggest room in the apartment, which is approximately a 100m2 in total). The room has a heater you can adjust in winter. The monthly rent is 6700 SEK excluding electricity, to be paid in advance each month. The deposit is 6250 SEK. 👩‍👩‍👧 THE PEOPLE You will be sharing the apartment with three girls. We are in our mid- to late twenties and came from the Netherlands and Germany for our studies. We all have our own lives and like to share moments together inside or outside the house: movie nights, cooking sessions, fika, gardening etc… - also together with our downstairs neighbours. Friends and family are always welcome in our house and we respect each other’s need for me-time and personal space. We are looking for someone who is willing to join us in making the house feel like home. 📍 THE LOCATION The house in located in Hägersten between Örnsberg and Telefonplan T-bana stations – each 10-minute walk from the house. You will live close to nature and within walking distance of shops, cafes, restaurants and the bay in Vinterviken (amazing place for a swim!).
