2 rooms available in a collective house! We are 6 people living in a newly built house in Rissne (Sundbyberg) and we are looking for 2 new female housemates. Rent: 6500 SEK and 5000 SEK excl EGW (about 200 and max 300 sek extra per month). Rooms: the first one, spacious (12 kvm), on the third floor, your bathroom is shared with 3 more people. The second one, smaller (8 kvm), always on the third floor, same bathroom shared with 3 people. Where: Rissne, 8 min. walking from the Rissne tunnelbana station, 8 min. walking to Hemköp, 10 min. away from Sundbyberg centrum. There are 2 cozy living rooms (one inside and a veranda outside), spacious kitchen, room for recycling and bags and a shed for your bike. There is a washing machine, dryer and a dish washer. The house is really modern. The area is newly built and very calm. What are we looking for? Social, open-minded, clean (very important!) and flexible person. Someone who appreciates a tidy living environment and wants to join a social and relaxed household. Both rooms are already available! The contract has a 1 month notice period.
