Hey, looking for a place to live? Since I'm going on exchange this spring, I'm looking for someone who wants to rent my room in the collective while I'm away. I'm renting the room out furnished with bed, wardrobe etc. Rental period is from February 1 to July 1. Can be flexible with move-in/out date. Together with you there are four people living here. Additionally, to kitchen and bathroom we also have a cozy couch corner with a TV and we can use the sunny backyard of the house. The house is located on Vegagatan - 15 min walk from Lund centrum. Rent: 4400 SEK/month + (WiFi 100 SEK + electricity 100-200 SEK). About your housemates: You will live with Ella (Finnish), Hanna (Austrian) and John (Swedish) - all studying at Lund University. We enjoy spending time together over a coffee, but there are no other obligations besides the practical household tasks. If you enjoy a calm atmosphere, are good at communicating, and are aware of your responsibilities, I/we look forward to hearing from you!
