**🌸 Join Our** Cozy Villa Home in Central Lund! 🌸 Hi all! We have one room opening up in or 4bd/1.5bath apartment. There are currently 4 of us living here, but 1 is moving out to move in with their partner. We are located just a few blocks from Lund C. The room is quite large, has lots of sunlight, and comes fully furnished! We have extra sheets/blankets/towels/pillows at the house as well. **Apartment Features:** •⁠ 4bd/1.5 bath •⁠ Full bathroom with double sinks, shower, washing machine, dryer, extra storage space. •⁠ ⁠A half bathroom with an extra washing machine. •⁠ ⁠Fully stocked kitchen with pots/pants, blender, mixer, toaster, microwave and too much baking supplies haha (It’s a compact space, but we manage it alright! We also share all kitchen appliances/cutlery etc.) •⁠ ⁠Furnished living room, TV, dining table •⁠ ⁠Balcony patio (perfect for summer !!) •⁠ ⁠Few blocks from Lund C, coop, convenience stores •⁠ ⁠Roommates split household item expenses (cleaning supplies, etc.) •⁠ ⁠Nice landlady **Room:** •⁠ Sizeable attic room •⁠ Furnished with desk, bed, clothes rack, wardrobe •⁠ Lots of sunlight •⁠ Share attic floor with one other girl **Roommates:** We're Anita (28) Jenny (28), and Erin (25) and all currently study at Lund. Respectively, we are from Serbia/US/New Zealand. We are quite friendly, spend time together, and can be chatty at times! However, we also try to strike a good balance between social and respecting space/independence. We have a lovely home and try to maintain a relaxing atmosphere. Though we are not neat freaks, we try to keep things relatively clean (weekly cleaning schedule). \ Ideally, the new roommate is 25+ and not a cis-male \ Rent: 5400SEK Start: March 1, with flexible earlier move in date
