Hi, perfect location for a Erasmus student or any student ofc 🙂 Hej, Jag hyr ut ett rum VT 2026, från omkring mitten av januari till kvinnlig student. Rummet är på 19m2 och ligger i Haga/Linné Nära till mycket, spårvagnar och bussar ngn minut från bostaden men även gångavstånd till det mesta i centrala Göteborg. Vi delar badrum och kök samt hjälps åt att hålla rent. Det finns en tvättmaskin i lägenheten men också en tvättstuga i huset. Vi tar självklart hänsyn till varandra men det är ok att ha vänner på besök, det har även jag. Men inga fester. Jag jobbar hemifrån ngr dgr i veckan men är annars på kontoret. Hyra 5900kr/månaden, sängkläder och handdukar ingår och Wi-Fi. Hello, I have a room avaliable from around middle of january 2026 to female student for the spring semester. The room is 19m2 and is located in Haga / Linné Its close to almost everything in the central Gothenburg and you have trams and buses a minute walk from the house but also walking distance to most things in central Gothenburg. We shared the bathroom and kitchen and helped to keep it clean. There is a washing machine in the apartment but also a laundry room in the house. Of course we respect eachother and have an open conversation. It’s ok to have friends viseting and so do I, but no parties. I work from home a few days a week and the rest in the office. Rent SEK 5,900 / month, bed linen and towels included and Wi-Fi.
