The sun lighs throughout all the day in the apartment, with morning sun in bedroom and kitchen, while aftenoon and sunset enters through the livingroom. The apartment is fully furnished, with sofa, dinning table, bookshelf, work table next to the window and queen size bed (See pictures). Entrance available from the 31st of October 2026 until the 1st of December 2026. It is also possible to extend the exit day up till Christmas. Great location: Two metro stations 7min walk away (Telefonplan and Örnsberg) and leading directly to city center and a bus stop at the door that goes directly to Liljeholmen shopping mall. Very close to supermarkets (Hemkop, ICA, Coop), several bakeries, gym (SATS, 4 min away), climbing center (the biggest in Stockholm, great for both rope climbing and bouldering, 4min), nice coffe places and restaurants around. Great nature nearby, with running paths, and a 10min walk to lake Mälaren for a refreshing dip and Vintervikken. Also a great viewing spot for watching the sunset or even northern lights just 1 minute away.
