We're renting out our 3-room apartment (93 m²) in Bollmora. It's been our family home, and we're looking for someone who will treat it that way. The apartment is on the third floor of four in a building from 2014, with a lift that goes down to the garage and to the storage room in the basement. The kitchen is open to the dining area and living room, so it all works as one big, bright social space. There are two bedrooms. A second walk-in room has been set up as a home office, which is useful if you work from home. Parquet floors throughout, plenty of wardrobe space in the hall. The bathroom is large, with floor heating, a bathtub, and a washing machine and dryer. There's also a separate guest WC, which makes mornings easier. There are two balconies, one facing the street and one facing the quiet inner lovely courtyard. The association also has barbecue areas, some drop-in and some you can book. What's included: heating, water and fiber broadband are included in the rent. You set up your own electricity contract. The apartment is rented furnished but we can adapt some furniture if needed. No parking space is included, but you can check with the housing association about a garage spot. Location: Tyresö Centrum is right around the corner, with grocery stores, restaurants, a pharmacy and gyms. Tyresö Aquarena (Medley) is a few steps away, and the forest starts just behind it if you want a long walk after work. Masten bus station is a 5-minute walk, with frequent buses that get you to Gullmarsplan and the metro in under 25 minutes. Available from end of November 2026 on a fixed-term contract for 1 year. Subject to approval from the housing association.
