A newly renovated gem in the middle of Nytorget. Quiet balcony towards the courtyard facing south, meaning sun from 9am to 4pm. Throughout good material choices such as extra large gas stove, large electric double oven and herringbone parquet. Open social areas and a separate office. The open fireplace works :) Close to everything you need, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, pharmacies. Good communication options to bus and metro that easily takes you wherever you need to go. "Vita Bergsparken" is around the corner, as well as proximity to water and green areas. We are moving abroad for at least 2 years and therefore need to rent out our apartment for that period. Vi ska flytta utomlands i minst 2 år och behöver därför hyra ut vår lägenhet under den perioden, det innebär att vi endast letar efter en person/ett par som vill bo där under hela perioden.
