Welcome to my cozy 2-bedroom apartment in Liljeholmen at Nybohovsbacken 69! 🏡🙌 🤩I have a fully furnished private bedroom with television and a balcony available from January 1st 2025 to June 30th 2025 for SEK 7500/month (utilities and wifi included). 🤩Located centrally with easy access to transportation (Tunnelbana, tram, buses, Flygssbussarna), our apartment offers breathtaking views and a sunny atmosphere. 🤩The kitchen is fully equipped, and the building provides washing and drying facilities. 🤩Just 12 minutes to T-Centralen, the area is surrounded by water, nature, running tracks, groceries, and offices. 🤩 I look forward to renting the place to someone who has a stable income or a stable source of finance for if you are a student, cares about cleanliness and takes responsibility to maintain decorum. 🤩 A little about me : I am final year masters student at Stockholm School of Economics, originally from India. I arrived in Sweden in August 2023, left Sweden in July 2024 for 5 months for an exchange program in Australia and will be coming back to Sweden in December 2024. I am a very social person who loves to cook, work out and go for runs. I sometimes have friends over for dinners, and you are more than welcome to join. I am also a very pet friendly guy.
