Right next to the subway Rådhuset, only one station from T-Centralen where you can change to both trains, commuter trains, and to all Stockholm metro lines. Bus stops a few minutes walk away. Close to the water, nice walking paths along Lake Mälaren, where there is also kayak hire. Green areas within walking distance. The rental room is perfect for concentration and recovery. The monthly cost includes broadband, electricity, gas, environmentally friendly / non-animal tested detergent, washing-up liquid. Dish brushes etc in durable materials, matches for the gas stove, light bulbs, toilet paper, vacuum cleaner bags, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board etc. We share bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, access to laundry room. Including all of the above, the monthly cost is SEK 6000 / month. Photos taken at different periods, and there are also private items. An adopted cat also lives in the flat, and we like it quiet and safe, I paint and write and am a yoga teacher. Non smoker.
