Long term room available for one person in a big flat at Rissne/Sundbyberg. My other flatmate (erasmus student) is moving back home and that means there is a vacant room from 1st of February (or a bit earlier for right person). We are 3 people sharing. I am 40 years old and work full-time as a teacher. I've shared my flat for several years. I appreciate to have company home and I don't need all this space by myself. The flat: 5 rooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a balcony, total of 115 m2. Located in 2 floor plans. All the bedrooms are located on the second floor. 4 min walk from the t-bana Rissne, 14 min to T-Centralen. Direct connection to the university with buss. The room is furnished with a bed, desk and a bookshelf. Rent for the room is 5600 kr (including internet, HBO, Netflix, Disney+, electricity, home insurance). At my place you’ll get a full access to the flat and nobody is expected to be limited into their own rooms. The neighbourhood is nice, close to nature and quiet but still nearby everything you might need. Hemköp, Willys and Stora Coop grocery stores located within a short walk from the flat.
