I live in a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood in Bunkeflostrand. The bus stops right outside the house and takes you to Hyllie train station and Emporia shopping center. From there you can go to Malmö down town or Lund (or even Copenhagen) very easy. Local grocery store only 5 min from the house. Your room is 10 square meters furnished with a bed, a desk and a drawer. The house has two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower, a large kitchen and a beautiful garden with terrace that you can use. I live here with my two cats so you can't be allergic to cats. Heating, electricity, broadband connection is included in the rent. This is a smoking and drug free home. The rent for this is 4000 SEK/Month.
