The room itself is in an isolated corner of the apartment, as seen in the pictures there is ~45 square metre of shared space including a big, furnished livingroom/kitchen area and a bathroom. Bathroom has a washing machine and a drier. Nearby(10 min walk) is a tramstation where tram 1, 7 and 8 departs. Willys is 5 minutes away, shopping centre 15 minutes (busterminal here). Animals are fine. I don't currently have any myself but I do have experiences with dogs, cats and rodents. If you have a dog there is a great forest area that's basically just 20 meters away. Personally I am mostly a quiet person. I'm focusing on work. I don't drink or smoke. My hobbies are super boring and include movies, music, books, games and long walks. I do speak Swedish. I also speak Norwegian, Danish and some German so pick your poison Requirements: income of minimum 22k SEK. If you have animals I'd like them to be behaved and housetrained. No smoking. Everything else we'll talk about if necessary.
