Hi! I’m renting out a 9 sqm bright and furnished room in our 4 room apartment in a quiet neighborhood, 5 minutes by subway to T-centralen. Walking distance to KTH and Stockholm university. Available from mid January, preferably long term, but at least 6 months. We, who live there are me, yogini, language nerd and lecturer at Stockholm University, and my 16 y old daughter. The apartment has two bathrooms and a fully equipped big kitchen which we would share. Contract and everything legal. Rent 7500 sek/month, can be cheaper * if you are a Spanish or Japanese speaker and can imagine talking to me so I can practice my language skills. * knowledgable in web design and/or marketing and you can set time aside to set up a webpage for my one man company. * any other awesome skill you can share (and can make me appreciate it) First two pictures are from the room, third a glimpse of the kitchen, fourth from our living room.
