The apartment is ideally located for students, researchers and university staff. BMC and Ångström Laboratory are just a short walk away, while Engelska Parken and the Botanical Garden are in the opposite direction. Most major university campuses are within a 5–10 minute walk, making it easy to get to classes, work and research facilities. The apartment features a separate bedroom, a functional kitchen with plenty of workspace and storage, and a spacious living room with large windows and a French balcony. The bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with a shower and washing machine. The apartment also comes with generous storage space and is conveniently located on the ground floor. The location is ideal for students, researchers. You will be surrounded by beautiful parks and green spaces, with Uppsala city centre, the university campuses and Akademiska Hospital all within easy reach. ICA supermarket is approximately 500 metres away, and Campus 1477 gym is just across the street. The central train and bus station is also within walking or cycling distance. Personally I am working my new job in another city, which is the reason why I rent it out. Uppsala city centre is also just a walk away, with shops, greens, cafés, restaurants and the central station nearby. Despite its central location, the neighbourhood is quiet, green and peaceful.
