Hi everyone! I am renting out one of the rooms in our 4 room apartment just a few steps from Albanova and KTH, walking distance to Stockholm university campus Frescati. Available from mid January. Preferably long term. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, located on a hill above Roslagstull, close to the city and the forest. Closest subway station is Tekniska högskolan, 5 minutes with subway to T-centralen. We have two bathrooms and a big kitchen which we would share. Contract and everything legal. The room I'm renting out is 9 sqm, fully furnished and with a view to a quiet street. Rent is 7500 kr per month, including internet usage and access to kitchen and bathroom. We can discuss a lower rent if you * are a Spanish or Japanese speaker, and are willing to talk to me, so I can improve my language skills. * or even better, a Spanish or Japanese teacher and can give me regular language lessons. * knowledgable in web marketing and willing to set time aside to set up a simple webpage for my one man company. * any other awesome skill you can share (and can convince me to appreciate it ) More pictures available on request.
