Hello everyone! A few weeks ago, I shared my apartment and got many interested people. After meeting up with some really nice people, I realized a student (not couples please) would be a much better fit to share my place. So here it's up again. I'm living in this beautiful two-floor studio apartment a 25-minute walk to Triangeln and 3 minutes to the bus station and I'm wondering if someone would be interested in sharing it with me. What I offer: * Recently tuned piano where you are welcome and encouraged to play (I'm still learning) * All furniture and appliances will be available to you, no need to buy anything. But in case you would want to move something in, I have a car and anything is possible (I moved the piano with it) * Bella (the feline in the photo), who will never let you feel down when it's grey and cloudy outside * Plenty of storage both in the apartment and the basement. * We have bikes and a sauna (with the city view) available in the building * Probably some other things I have missed but I will be happy to show you around. I will make some arrangements to open up more space downstairs and make the place cosier. I have a bed upstairs and the person moving in would take the sofa bed downstairs. For the rent I'm thinking 4500 SEK with everything included, including 100 Mbps internet.
