Included in the rent: * The upper floor containing two bedrooms and a common area are available for rent in a villa. The whole villa is 160 square meters, hence the upper floor is around 80 square meters. See the pictures. * Shared kitchen on the lower floor. * Private bathroom with toilet and shower. * Parking space for one car. * Electricity * Water * Heating Communications: * 7 minutes walk to Torvmossegränd bus station. * 10 minutes with the bus 615 to Täby Centrum from Torvmossegränd bus station. * 20 minutes with the bus 613 to Danderyds Centrum from Tormossegränd bus station for connectivety with the Stockholm subway. It takes around 45 minutes to one hour to the Stockholm city center. Why renting out: My mother has recently moved out of from the villa to an old age home and her pension does not cover all the expenses for the the villa. I currently live on the lower floor and it is the upper floor that is for rent. Maybe the villa will go on sale during the summer of 2027? Maybe not. It may be possible to move in before the 1:st of November. First step would be to visit and check out the upper floor, to see if it could be of interest.
