I am renting out my apartment in Lund, Vildanden area, from March to August. I am looking for one or two tenants who can rent my entire apartment while I am abroad. The apartment is fully furnished, including kitchen utensils. It is located on the first floor with a small garden (garden maintenance is covered by the landlord). The apartment consists of one bedroom, a living room, a small kitchen, and a bathroom. The area is smoke-free, and quiet hours must be respected after 10 PM. Therefore, I am looking for someone calm who appreciates living in a green and peaceful neighborhood. The city center is just a 5-minute bike ride away. Alternatively, there are buses every 4-10 minutes to the city center and the seaside. The train station is a 15-minute walk away. The rent is 9000 SEK, all-inclusive. The actual cost is higher for me, but I will leave my personal belongings as I won’t have time to move them elsewhere. If you rent for the entire period from March to August, we can discuss the rent. No payment remarks, and a one-month notice period applies.
